DISCRIMINATION

All persons are protected from discrimination at work and other public places, based on their age, sex, race, religion, sexual preferences, or other characteristics.  If you believe you have been the victim of illegal discrimination, the time for you to take action can be very short and it is vital that you seek legal advice as soon as possible.

For example, if you are a government or municipal employee, or work for an entity associated with a public institution, your time to assert your rights may be as short as 90 days.

You also need legal representation that understands the overlap between your employee rights, your rights as a union member, and the administrative process afforded to public entity employees.  I have successfully represented numerous public employees and can offer you all potential avenues to pursue your claims.
